Danny Roman is Chicago PD's greatest negotiator, and perhaps the smartest in the force. One day, his partner alerts him of an embezzling fraud, and later ends up dead. The ones responsible pin the murder on Danny, and in an act of desperation, Danny holds them hostage, with a few others. Chris Sabian, another top negotiator, arrives, and the two clash minds in this tense thriller.
