Mr and Mrs Claus decide to buy a suburban home right next door to their son Peter and his family for the holidays. The clauses must adjust to suburban life while also having to prepare for Christmas, the clauses must now prepare the presents, reindeer and sleigh for Christmas night whilst living in civilization.
