Meyer took classes at Lester B. Pearson School for the Arts as a child. At 15, she moved to Toronto and transferred from A.B. Lucas Secondary School to the Etobicoke School of the Arts, where she remained for two years. Meyer gained recognition through her work in television, starring in the Netflix series V-Wars (2019) and the Shudder horror anthology series Slasher: Flesh & Blood (2021).
