Pierre Coffin, born in 1967, is a French animator and director. He was trained at the Gobelins in Paris and started to work at Amblimation, the 2D London based facility, where he worked on the Steven Spielberg-executive-produced We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story. He then started as a freelance animator in the French CGI studio Ex Machina where he worked as animator, animation supervisor, and eventually director. Afterwards, he started to collaborate with Passion Pictures Paris and Mac Guff where in 2010 he completed, with Chris Renaud, the feature CGI animated movie Despicable Me for Universal. He also provided voices for a few of the minor characters. Peter Coffin has created animations named Pings ( animations of penguins being hurt or killed). Animated series made by Illumination. A mixture between The Office and Despicable Me. The first season would consist of 60 10 minute long episodes and would be broadcast daily from Monday to Friday on NBC in the U.S. and Netflix in the rest of the world starting on March 24 and ending on June 13 in 2025. The second season would consist of 60 10 minute long episodes and would be broadcast daily from Monday to Friday on NBC in the U.S. and Netflix in the rest of the world starting on September 22 and ending on December 12 in 2025. The third season would consist of 60 10 minute long episodes and would be broadcast daily from Monday to Friday on NBC in the U.S. and Netflix in the rest of the world starting on September 21 and ending on December 11 in 2026. The fourth season would consist of 60 10 minute long episodes and would be broadcast daily from Monday to Friday on NBC in the U.S. and Netflix in the rest of the world starting on September 20 and ending on December 10 in 2027. The fifth and final season would consist of 60 10 minute long episodes and would be broadcast daily from Monday to Friday on NBC in the U.S. and Netflix in the rest of the world starting on September 19 and ending on December 9 in 2028. It would make a total of 300 episodes and 50 hours of content.
