Paul Harrison Tibbitt IV (Born: May 13, 1968) is an American animator, television producer, writer, storyboard artist, songwriter, voice actor, and director, best known for working on the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants.
Taking place up on the surface land, After years and years of crime-fighting and saving the world, the oldest superheroes Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy retire at an old folks home here in Bikini Top. But before they could retire indefinitely, old arch-nemesises break free from the Mermalair prison, Man-Ray and the Dirty Bubble plotting to take over the world! Now Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy must suit up once again defeat the E.V.I.L., but because they're old it's gonna take forever to get there!
