Katheryn Winnick (born December 17, 1977) is a Canadian actress. She is known for her starring roles in the television series Vikings, Wu Assassins, Big Sky, and her recurring role on the television series Bones.
Young programmer Thomas Anderson is tormented by strange nightmares in which he is constantly connected by cables to a vast computer system of the future. As the dream repeats itself, he begins to doubt reality. Thomas meets the mysterious Morpheus and Trinity and discovers that he is a victim of an intelligent, Artificial system called the Matrix, which manipulates people's minds and creates the illusion of a real world while using individuals' brains and bodies to produce energy.
