Charles "Chuck" Russell (born May 9, 1958) is an American film director, producer and screenwriter. He is best known for his work in the 1980s and '90s, including "A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors" (1987) and "The Mask" (1994).
The Mask was a four issue comic series published in 1991 following the story of a detective in Edge City, Mitch Kellaway, after obtaining the Mask from a blonde-haired woman named Kathy who claimed it belonged to her recently deceased boyfriend named Stanley Ipkiss.
