However the case takes an unexpected turn when it is soon discovered that young teenage runaways are being forced into prostitution by a wealthy madam - but the real shocker is that the enforcer who works for the madam is none other than the previously believed to be dead Maddy Hayes - the very person responsible for the death of Lily's beloved brother. For Lily this isn't just job anymore - It's personal.
