As a child, Gerald and his father were attacked by the king and his guards. They kill Gerald’s father in front of him, then they carve a permanent smile into Gerald’s face. Decades later Gerald is a up and coming clown trying to find love, but with his face it makes his life so much harder. That is until he meets a woman named Eileen, someone who loves him for him.
