Fan Casting Owlman in The Man-Bat: City of Monsters

The famous CEO of Wayne Enterprises, secretly yet another victim of the Monk, who managed to keep his rich life due his mutations not being visible. After learning of Man-Bat and his alliance of monsters, he decides to help them, but secretly plans to betray them and replace the Monk as new ruler of Gotham. The only victim of the Monk who didn't physically transform, he instead gained enhanced strength, speed, intellect, and can turn his head around near completely, like an owl.
