70 million years ago, an evil warlock named Evon tried conquering a carousel called the Magic Roundabout, but was eventually defeated by Zebedee, now, 70 million years later, Evon comes back and almost destroys the Roundabout, and traps a young girl named Florence inside of it, now her pet dog named Doogal, alongside a rabbit named Dylan, and a Cow named Ermintrude have to save the carousel, and lead an army to save the world.
