Queen Zurline is the ruler of the wood nymphs where she and her subjects lived in the Forest of Burzee. She was the one who gave Santa Claus the name of Nicholas, derived from "Neclaus," which she translated as "Necile's little one" and gave him advice on how all children in the mortal world, whether rich or poor deserve to be given toys to own and play with. Queen Zurline was also part of the Council of Immortals who fully supported Great Ak's decision to bestow the Mantle of Immortality upon Santa Claus.
