The Lord of the Sleep Fays is an immortal and the ruler of the Sleep Fays. He carries with him a wand from which a fine dust falls and when the dust fills the eyes of a mortal, they instantly close in sleep. He was also part of the Council of Immortals that bestowed upon Santa Claus the Mantle of Immortality after being told his story by the Great Ak.
