Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
When a being known as Kazaraak comes to Earth, John Grayson, Cole Connor and Irene Wilde try to bring the metahumans of a Team of heroes work together to stop him. Meanwhile, The Creature sends Kazaraak to Earth with a vast army to subjugate humans.
