Kyo Kusanagi's girlfriend, who was revealed to be the last descendant of Kushinadahime, the last of the eight maidens that were sacrificed to Orochi 1800 years ago, but survived due to the interference of the three clans. Yashiro and his teammates Chris and Shermie (whom she briefly met some time ago in a TV station) kidnapped her with intentions of using her as a sacrifice for Orochi's resurrection. Her heritage as the last sacrificial maiden of their lord was a necessity for it's physical body to come into being.
