A year after the war ended, the JSA has retired from their jobs and went back as solo heroes. The Thinker, a man with a thinking cap that can grant him incredible intellect Ian’s uses it for crime gets beaten by the Flash. He creates a team of Supervillains including Solomon Grundy, Sportsmaster, Tigress, Wizard and the Fiddler to take down the JSA one by one. Hawkman re-assembles the team together to take them down. Hawkman tries to discover the winged woman whom he saw in his vision. Dr. Fate, a sorcerer for the Lords of Order using the Fate Helmet joins the team, along with Elizabeth Lawrence, the Liberty Belle and the first official female superhero. Charles McNider struggles with his blindness after being tortured by Baron Blitzkrieg.
