The scientist T.O. Morrow is a maniacal former LexCorp worker obsessed with heroes and their exploits, so he wanted to create his own hero: the Red Tornado android in order to do good in order to enter the Justice League and thus know all the information secret of these in order to sell it and make Red Tornado the number one hero in the world. The Justice League would follow in the footsteps of Red Tornado as a hero although they felt that there was something strange about him so they decided not to accept him in the team since he was just a machine without a conscience, T.O. Morrow upset that his creation was not valued, he decided to give it a greater consciousness by gathering it based on the powers of the elemental deity of Rann: Ulthoon until he finds a strange artifact that when he touched it gave him a small revelation that the heroes were the greatest threat of all. for human survival so using the remaining bits of Doctor Cyber and part of the artifact I also created what would be the antithesis of Red Tornado: A.M.A.Z.O. With the ability to copy the abilities of the Justice League, he sends his androids to attack in different places in order to have them separated in order to test the abilities of A.M.A.Z.O. with the most powerful members.
