Main antagonist, Beau's abusive and psychotic ex-special forces father who raised him after Beau's mother died in childbirth and trained him to be a ruthless and precise killing machine until Beau snapped and supposedly killed him, but it's revealed he survived and has spent many years putting together his ultimate master plan to launch a violent vengeful assault against the US government, he's also been trying to find Beau but to no avail until he became aware of what transpired previously with Beau, the mob and the FBI.
