Tobias Alistair Patrick Kebbel (born 9 July 1982) is an English actor. He is known for his roles in films such as Dead Man's Shoes (2004), Control (2007), RocknRolla (2008), Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time (2010), War Horse (2011), Wrath of the Titans (2012), Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014), Fantastic Four (2015), Warcraft (2016), A Monster Calls (2016), Ben-Hur (2016), and Gold (2016). He is also known for his work in the Black Mirror episode "The Entire History of You" (2011) and starred in the second film of the MonsterVerse film series, Kong: Skull Island (2017), and the Apple TV+ series Servant (2019–2023) and For All Mankind (2023–2024). Kebbell, the fourth of five children, was born in Pontefract, Yorkshire, but grew up in Nottinghamshire where he attended The Grove School (now the Newark Academy) in Balderton. He was brought up by his mother, Michelle (née Mathers), a cook and landscape gardener and his father, Robert Kebbell, an engineer from Zimbabwe. He was raised Catholic and attended a Catholic primary school. Kebbell trained in acting at the Central Junior Television Workshop in Nottingham along with Andrew Shim and Vicky McClure.

After graduating high school, Bruce began studying nuclear physics He gained employment with the military at Desert Base, New Mexico, under the command of General "Thunderbolt" Ross. The latter was overseeing the test of Banner's newly-created Gamma Bomb. It was here that Banner met Ross's daughter, Betty, and the two found a mutual attraction. On the day of the bomb's scheduled detonation, Banner saw someone in the testing area. Hoping to rescue him, Banner went into the testing area where he encountered the individual he'd seen: a young teenager named Rick Jones, who had snuck onto the test site on a dare. Banner managed to push Jones to safety. Igor Drenkov allowed the countdown and subsequent detonation to occur. This resulted in Banner being caught in the Gamma Bomb explosion and thus exposed to an incredibly massive amount of gamma radiation. Banner and Jones were later picked up by the base's military personnel and taken back to Desert Base, where they were placed in isolation and observation due to their exposure to gamma radiation. They were still in isolation at sundown when Banner transformed into the Hulk. There is no main villain the government is the antagonists banner must escape and try to control the hulk
