After Bruce returns to New York, he reunites with Betty and they get married. But the Rhino crashes their wedding which causes Bruce to transform into the Hulk again to fight him. Bruce questions the Rhino why is he crashing their wedding which he responds that the Leader ordered him to do it. So Bruce along with Rick search for the Leader and they discover the Cube which is now taken over by him. As the two were investigating, Bruce learns that the Leader is recreating the Gamma Bomb that the US government created but this time he’s using it to spread the world with gamma radiation and realizes that if the world gets affected by the radiation they will turn into monsters like him. Bruce not wanting the world to be monsters especially Betty, must go after the Leader and stop him from detonating the gamma bomb in the center of the earth. Also he must find out if he’s a man or a monster… or is he both?
