After joining the Avengers, Bruce Banner continues a quiet life, staying in touch with his friend, Doc Samson, who informs him about several disappearances. Upon investigation, it turns out these people were kidnapped by Samuel Sterns, the Leader, who seeks to create a world populated by gamma-enhanced beings. Banner must stop him.
