After being pardoned by the government, and saving the world with the Avengers, Bruce Banner aka the Hulk is now living a peaceful life with his girlfriend Betty Ross. Obsessed with hunting Banner, but without military aid, General Ross left to work with Samuel Sterns aka the Leader to bring down Banner once and for all.
