Fan Casting Coriolanus Snow in The Hunger Games: Sunrise On The Reaping

Coriolanus Snow is the current President of Panem. As President, Snow oversees much of Panem to ensure everyone knows and obeys The Capitol's laws. On top of this, Snow also oversees much of the Hunger Games, alongside whoever the Gamemakers may be. Upon seeing Haymitch Abernathy cheat in the Second Quarter Quell, Snow, furious but contained, has Haymitch pay the ultimate by poisoning his entire family, before framing his girlfriend Michelle Gray Baird for the poisoning and overseeing her public execution just as Haymitch returns home.
