During the time before World War II, New York police officer Jim Hammond volunteers for an experimental program meant to make men invulnerable. But the experiment goes wrong and grants him the power to ignite his body in flame, Jim becomes the world’s first superhero: The Human Torch, a symbol of hope in a burning world. As World War II consumes the planet, Jim fights alongside legends like Captain America and clashes with the sea prince Namor, forging a rivalry that spans generations. But after the war’s end, Jim uncovers a devastating truth, his memories, his humanity, and even his soul were fabricated as he's an android. The realization fractures his mind, turning the hero of the people into a weapon of rage and guilt. Decades later, resurrected by Arnim Zola and the High Evolutionary, Jim is promised a real body in exchange for one final mission, to kill Namor. But as his flames destroys the oceans and endangers the innocent once more, Jim must confront the horror of what he’s become, not a savior or a man, but a man-made god searching for the meaning of live for someone who's not really alive. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLdWw4zrkd6lLLU14WJfb0qDZR2x6N9Ihq&si=Lxs-svjxbHfo0ZyE
