Fan Casting Eloise Jennings in The House Next Door

A very unpopular neighbor, with 4 children under the age of 8 who terrorize the neighborhood and leave messes in their wake. She’s a terrible mother who spends most of her time drinking on her patio, or on her phone instead of watching her kids. Claire calls her ‘new-money white trash’. Her husband is rarely ever at home, and who can blame him? She is especially rude to Col and Walt, and is happy to gossip about how crazy they are when they begin their campaign against The House. She is furious when neighbors start moving out and her property value declines as a result of the bad press. It is implied at the end that she and her brood are next on The House’s list.
