Sophie Bathsheba Thatcher (born October 18, 2000) is an American actress and musician. After beginning as a child actress appearing in stage plays and guest television roles, she made her feature film debut in Prospect (2018). Thatcher had her breakthrough role in the series Yellowjackets (2021–present). She has since appeared in The Book of Boba Fett (2022), The Boogeyman (2023), Heretic (2024), and Companion (2025). As a musical artist, Thatcher released her debut EP, Pivot & Scrape, in 2024. The Hollow Veil is a neo-gothic horror film set in the desolate, long-abandoned town of Elden Hollow, hidden deep in the Pennsylvania woods. Once wiped out by a supposed "plague" in 1782, the town is chosen centuries later as the setting for a live-streamed reality show. Forty-six participants—college students, influencers, and crew—arrive at the decaying Blackmoor Estate, lured by the promise of fame and a $50,000 reward.
