Leonard Whiting (born June 30, 1950) is a British actor who starred as Romeo in the 1968 Zeffirelli film version of Romeo and Juliet opposite Olivia Hussey's Juliet, a role which earned him the Golden Globe Award for New Star Of The Year - Actor.
This Version of the book wood keep the up beat tone of the start of the book and will get darker as it goes on similar to Guillermo Del Toro vision. This adaptation would aim to expand upon several characters like the elf’s & people of lake town but will have a focus on fleshing out the dwarf into better characters.
