Two years after he and his Autobot and Hero friends saved the Earth from the Decepticons, Charles Lem (Tom Holland) faces a new battle: college. Meanwhile, Optimus Prime, the Autobots and their other Friends are working with a secret military organization and trying to make a home for themselves on Earth. When an ancient Pony known as Nightmare Moon rises up to wreak vengeance, Charles and his girlfriend, Rey, must figure out the history of the Transformers on Earth and find a way to defeat Nightmare Moon once and for all.
