Nora is the boss at Beanies. We don't see much of her before her apotheosis but we can see she often has to chastise Emma into doing her work with Zoey Chambers backing her up. After going to their competitors, Cold Stone Creamery, Nora had brought the idea of singing for tips to Beanies. Emma hated the idea, causing slight beef between the two. She has no protest to all of the theater children she's employed running amuck in her cafe it seems.
