Charlotte Sweetly is married to her husband Sam. Their relationship is shown to not be healthy throughout TGWDLM. She's made attempts to fix this with the two of them being signed up for couple's counseling. She also makes an effort for them to have a cuddle night once a month but Sam skips out, having no desire to love her. She's kind and endearing yet extremely anxious and naïve as she struggles with an alcohol and nicotine addiction. She's currently in an affair with he co-woker Ted Spankoffski yet she fails to find lov in this relationship as well. Though it's shown that Ted can sometime's sway her opinion slighty.
