A veteran and grizzled Green Lantern, Hal Jordan is assigned to protect a seemingly ordinary civilian targeted by the ruthless Atrocitus, who believes the person will one day bring about the end of all life. When Atrocitus launches a relentless hunt fueled by rage, Hal is forced to team up with his greatest enemy, Sinestro, his former mentor turned nemisis. Racing across the sector to keep their target alive, Hal must confront his own past and failures, while also grappling with whether he can trust the man who once betrayed the Corps in order to prevent Atrocitus’s prophecy from becoming a reality.
