James Tomio Saito (born March 6, 1955) is an American actor, best known for his physical portrayal of Shredder in the 1990 film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles; the character was voiced by David McCharen. Saito also appeared in films including The Devil's Advocate, Home Alone 3, Pearl Harbor, and Die Hard: With a Vengeance. His TV credits include MAS*H, MacGyver, Law & Order, and Sex and the City. Saito has appeared in numerous stage productions, with early career work at the Asian American theatre company East West Players in Los Angeles. On Broadway he has appeared in The King and I, and David Henry Hwang's Golden Child. He won an Obie Award in 2007 for his performance in Julia Cho's Durango at The Public Theater in New York City. He starred as Dr. Chen in the ABC drama Eli Stone.

In a Alternate Earth were a world has real life superheroes that act like real people with public identity, in 2001 a space pod landed at a neighborhood and a couple found a baby alien I mean alien alien from the space pod and raise him as a son, 21 years later to 2022, We introduce us to the superhero celebrity team called The Uniques, The Alien Sebas Williams from space pod grew up who idolize them the Uniques are lead by Catgirl who he idolize the most, at the same time Edward North who’s a Brute journalist to interview with the original superhero team since the 80s, Champions of the World lead by Captain USA, Edward tries to spill the beans that Captain USA did something that cross the line with something else, but they have not believe it so Edward was fired and lost everything now living in a crummy apartment, Sebas has met Edward, Edward noticing that he’s a alien in disguise, so they had to team up with to fight the Villain Named File Keeper who has something to do with Captain USA, a side story is that theres a Batman, Mysterion like hero named Guardian Angel who's a only secret identity hero who turn out to be Sebas’s young adopted sister Taylor.
