Fan Casting Harvey Bullock in The Gotham Knight: Wings of Fire

Harvey Bullock would be assigned to Detective and partner of Captain James Gordon not long after Gordon's transfer to Gotham City. The two would develop a bond together over the next few years as Harvey was a heavy drinker, a ditch Gordon helped him get out of. In a way, the two shared an addiction to nicotine and alcohol to which they bonded and helped each other get through. Unfortunately, Bullock was not successful in convincing Gordon to quit nicotine.
