The deepest fear of Mortimer isn't the darkness of his mind. It's broken electricity and also difficult deals with difficult people. The Bio-physician Scientist/horror writer who helped the H&B get the Goth's Anti-Leak for Electricity after got inspiration from his father's first wife who died from the leaking capacitor in the late 60s. Although nowadays became a stay-at-home dad for his two children, he still has some ties to Newcrest people as a part of Community leader in Willows.
