A dirty cop and an assistant chief at NYPD. While Gordon made his way up the ranks through his competence in solving big cases, Bruce made his way up through bribes and corruption. He is a high school friend of Heather, and he silenced the school violence case involving Heather’s daughter Jacqueline. As Gordon insisted on solving the case, Bruce silenced Gordon by beating him up in an intelligence room. However, Gordon is now a Captain, and the Commissioner favors Gordon over Bruce. Therefore, Bruce fears that Gordon might unearth the case from 18 years ago.
