Fan Casting

The story follows a ragtag team of “disposable” specialists—each disillusioned by the American Dream—pulled together for what seems like a suicide mission. But unlike the original series, which revolved around printing money to rebel against the system, Ritchie’s crew is out to devalue it. Their plan isn’t simply to steal the gold; they’ll melt it into untraceable, industrial-grade copper-plated rebar and stroll it out the front door as “construction scrap” during a huge, state-approved renovation of the subway lines directly beneath the vault.
