In a not-so-distant future, humanity has built self-sustaining, floating megacities in the sky after the Earth's surface became uninhabitable. These cities are populated by the wealthy elite, while those left behind on the ruined Earth—known as "The Forgotten"—struggle to survive in lawless, toxic wastelands. Lina, a young woman raised in the floating utopia, accidentally discovers a hidden message from her mother, believed to have died when Lina was a child. The message suggests that her mother didn’t die but was exiled to Earth. Determined to uncover the truth, Lina embarks on a dangerous journey to the surface, risking everything to find her mother and confront the elite’s lies about life below. As Lina ventures through the desolate wastelands, she uncovers the harsh reality of those who have been forgotten and the corrupt system that keeps them there. She must decide whether to return to her privileged life or help bring down the oppressive system that left billions to die.
