Wally West has been The Flash for years. He still has trouble dealing with the death of his Uncle Barry, the second Flash. One day, someone appears, someone he hasn't seen since the day Uncle Barry disappeared. This is an original story I wrote that utilizes classic DC Comics characters. Phase 1/4 movie 4/6 of my scripts for the DC Cinematic Universe.
