Character Description

Wallace Rudolph "Wally" West is the deuteragonist of The Flash III: Rogues Revenge. The future nephew of both Iris West and her boyfriend Barry Allen, Wally was struck by a bolt of lightning after being doused in chemicals - the exact same scenario that granted Barry his powers. An avid fan of the Flash, Wally uses his newfound powers to go back in time to aid his uncle and hero in defeating the Rogues.
