Fan Casting The Flash II in The Flash III: Rogues Revenge (1997)

Bartholomew Henry "Barry" Allen is the titular main protagonist of The Flash III: Rogue's Revenge. He is a forensic scientist for the Central City Police Department, specializing in crime scene investigation, who after being doused in chemicals and struck by lightning, became the superhero speedster known as the Flash, with him having used his newfound abilities to help others and apprehend all of the criminals in Star City. Now, with the threat of the Rogues who are out for revenge, it's up to Barry and fellow speedsters Jay Garrick and his future nephew Wally West to stop these fiends once and for all.
