Jason Peter "Jay" Garrick, also known as the first Flash, is the tritagonist of The Flash III: Rogues Revenge. When he was a college student at Midwestern University, he gained his superhuman speed after being exposed to toxic fumes during a laboratory experiment. Now, he acts as an ally to both Barry and Wally in their mission to stop the Rogues.
