George "Digger" Harkness, also known as Captain Boomerang, is one of the secondary antagonists of The Flash III: Rogues Revenge. An Australian criminal turned supervillain and frequent Flash enemy, renowned for his use of lethal, tech-enhanced boomerangs. After joining the Rogues, his primary mission is to destroy the Flash.
