Continuing to defend Central City from the forces of evil as the superhero known as the Flash, Barry Allen soon meets another, much older and more seasoned superpowered speedster also called the Flash, named Jay Garrick, who tries to take the younger Barry under his wing.
Meanwhile, a hyper-intelligent gorilla known as Grodd, having gained his intelligence from the nefarious Thinker, seeks to harness Barry and Jay's powers for himself so he may conquer all of humanity. Now, it's up to both Barry and Jay to stop both Grodd and the Thinker once and for all.
