Matthew Allard de Vere Drummond (born Matthew Allard Robert Vaughn; 7 March 1971), known professionally as Matthew Vaughn, is an English filmmaker. He has produced films including Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998) and Snatch (2000), and directed Layer Cake (2004), Stardust (2007), Kick-Ass (2010), X-Men: First Class (2011), and Argylle (2024). Vaughn also co-created the Kingsman comic book series and resulting franchise, directing, producing and co-writing the films Kingsman: The Secret Service (2014), Kingsman: The Golden Circle (2017), and The King's Man (2021).
Central City has prospered thanks to a lightning bolt that fell on Barry Allen, which gave him access to the Speed Force, becoming the hero called The Flash. He secretly works in the police with August Heart, helping himself to stop crimes like the gang of thieves called The Rogues in addition to always being supported by his girlfriend Iris West and his nephew Wally West known as the hero: Kid Flash. A STAR Labs experiment escaped a couple of weeks ago, this experiment was to provide a gorilla named Grodd with greater knowledge to serve as an assistant and to communicate with him but he took on so much consciousness and power that he killed his creators and escaped to the sewers where he began to reason more deeply and in a more twisted way as to turn the world into a planet controlled by primates, The Flash looked for the experiment when he saw the bodies of the scientists who had a stroke for what he tries to go carefully against Grodd but the gorilla had an advantage thanks to his psychic powers causing Barry to suffer a psychic attack that did not kill him thanks to the Speed Force, Grodd manages to flee but he knew that The Flash would not let him continue with the plans so he needs a distraction so he finds someone who knows how to take down The Flash.
