Nathalie Joanne Emmanuel (born 2 March 1989) is a British actress. Emmanuel began her acting career appearing in theatre in the late 1990s, acquiring roles in various West End productions such as the musical The Lion King. In 2006, she began her on-screen career by starring as Sasha Valentine in the soap opera Hollyoaks, after which she appeared in various British television series until her debut film appearance in Twenty8k (2012). Emmanuel gained wider recognition for her role as Missandei in the HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones (2013–2019). He continued her career with supporting roles in Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials (2015) and its sequel Maze Runner: The Death Cure (2018), the Fast & Furious films Furious 7 (2015), The Fate of the Furious (2017), F9 (2021), and Fast X (2023). She has since taken on lead roles in Army of Thieves (2021) and Megalopolis (2024). The Flash is a young and talented forensic scientist working in the Central City Police Department. One day, while working in his laboratory, he is struck by lightning during a mysterious electrical storm, gaining extraordinary speed powers. This power grants him the ability to slow down time with his movements and even come to a complete stop. However, Barry Allen (The Flash's real name), struggles to cope with these new abilities at first. As time goes on, he finds himself transforming into a superhero dedicated to protecting Central City from criminals and dangers. By day, Barry works as a scientist, but by night, he races after criminals as "The Flash." Barry's life becomes filled with malevolent metahumans, criminals with different powers. Among them are Thinker, a fast-thinking intellect, Killer Frost, who controls elements, and Reverse Flash, capable of traveling through time.
