Gilbert Jeremy Gottfried (February 28, 1955 - April 12, 2022) was an American actor and stand-up comedian. Gottfried's persona as a comedian features an exaggerated shrill voice and emphasis on crude humor. His numerous roles in film and television include voicing the parrot Iago in Disney's Aladdin animated films and TV show, Digit LeBoid in the PBS Kids show Cyberchase, and Kraang Subprime in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Gottfried was the voice of the Aflac Duck until 2011. He appeared in the critically panned commercial hit Problem Child in 1990. Since 2014, Gottfried has hosted a podcast, Gilbert Gottfried's Amazing Colossal Podcast, which features new episodes each week featuring discussions of classic movies and celebrity interviews, most often with veteran actors, comedians, musicians and comedy writers.[2] Gilbert, a documentary film on Gottfried's life and career, was released in 2017. The Flash is a young and talented forensic scientist working in the Central City Police Department. One day, while working in his laboratory, he is struck by lightning during a mysterious electrical storm, gaining extraordinary speed powers. This power grants him the ability to slow down time with his movements and even come to a complete stop. However, Barry Allen (The Flash's real name), struggles to cope with these new abilities at first. As time goes on, he finds himself transforming into a superhero dedicated to protecting Central City from criminals and dangers. By day, Barry works as a scientist, but by night, he races after criminals as "The Flash." Barry's life becomes filled with malevolent metahumans, criminals with different powers. Among them are Thinker, a fast-thinking intellect, Killer Frost, who controls elements, and Reverse Flash, capable of traveling through time. Balancing his personal life and protecting Central City, Barry has to face these enemies. This is the story of a failed criminal turned superhero, filled with excitement, action, and emotional moments. The Flash is a character constantly striving to understand his powers while battling the villains who threaten Central City.
