Luke Mitchell (born 17 April 1985) is an Australian actor and model. He attended the Film and Television Studio International, and won the role of Chris Knight in Neighbours in 2008. Mitchell appeared as Will in the third season of H2O: Just Add Water in 2009. He starred as Romeo Smith in Home and Away from 2009 to 2013. The role saw Mitchell win the Most Popular New Male Talent Logie Award in 2010. In 2013 he starred as John Young in the CW's The Tomorrow People. In 2015, he joined the cast of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for the series' second season, playing the recurring character of Inhuman Lincoln Campbell, before being promoted to series regular for its third season. He joined NBC's Blindspot as a series regular during its second season in 2016, playing Roman. Barry Allen and his friend at S.T.A.R. Labs are working with his new powers. The Flash has been putting away petty criminals. News breaks, criminals, Leonard Snart and Mick Rory have broken out of prison. Flash rushes to the scene. Captain Cold and Heatwave are reeking havoc on CCPD. Snart states him and his partner are busy while Cisco in his ear listens in. Cisco does some quick digging and sees Snarts sister, Golden Glider, was killed by an officer while Cold and Heatwave were incarcerated. The Flash is quickly frozen. Barry sees something out of the corner of his eye. What looks like a black hole starts to grow. Cisco sporting black, yellow, and red jumos out and puts a device on the ice Flash is frozen in and steps back. The device melts the ice around him within seconds. They search and find Cold and Heatwave pointing there specialized guns at the officer who shot Glider. The Flash speeds in and grabs their guns. Cisco opens a portal and rids of the weapons immediately. Cold takes the pistol from the officers waist and fires a shot at Cisco. Barry wasnt fast enough and the bullet penatrated Cisco's shoulder sending him through his portal. Barry runs at Cold and Heatwave and traps them in a spiral of his speed causing them to go unconscious. Barry nods the PD to handle it and returns to S.T.A.R. labs to find Cisco wrapped up. Out of nowhere a yellow streak rushes in knocking down The Flash. "Hello Barry" he delivers and unblurs enough to reveal the symbol on his chest.
