Thomas Randall Mann, Jr. (born September 27, 1991) is an American actor. He is known for his roles in the films Project X (2012), Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters (2013), Me and Earl and the Dying Girl (2015), and Kong: Skull Island (2017).
Barry Allen is a senior at his local high school, when one day he is struck by lightning and given super speed. His powers attract the attention of Eobard Thawne, who decides to take him under his wing. Eventually Thawne’s evil intentions are revealed as he battles Barry in a thrilling climax.
