Richard James "Rick" Cosnett (born 6 April 1983) is a Euro-Zimbabwean-Australian actor. He is known for playing the roles of Wes Maxfield in The Vampire Diaries, Elias Harper in Quantico and Eddie Thawne in The Flash.
While Barry Allen aka The Flash has been saving lives, a new force of evil named Cobalt Blue roses to challenge The Flash and destroy Central City. Barry realises that Cobalt Blue is his brother from a very dark past that includes the Thawne family.
