Glen Thomas Powell Jr. (born October 21, 1988) is an American actor. He began his career with minor roles on television and in films such as Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over (2003) and Fast Food Nation (2006). Powell acted in the action film The Expendables 3 (2014), the comedy-horror series Scream Queens (2015–2016), the teen comedy Everybody Wants Some!! (2016), the historical romance The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018), and the romantic comedy Set It Up (2018). He also portrayed astronaut John Glenn in Hidden Figures (2016) and aviator Tom Hudner in Devotion (2022). Powell became famous for starring in the action film Top Gun: Maverick (2022) and the romantic comedy Anyone but You (2023). He has since starred in the dark comedy Hit Man(2023), which he also co-wrote and produced, and in the disaster film Twisters (2024). After helping Wonder Woman fight the Cheetah, the relatively new hero Barry Allen is always using his powers to goof off. Superman discovers this, and lectures him about it. He ends up teaming up with Supergirl and Krypto to stop a shadowy villain Captain Cold. They get to his base but are met by Green Arrow, who they team up with in the long run. Oliver and Barry become quick friends, and Barry even asks if he wants a spot on the Justice league. Captain Cold ends up capturing Barry’s friends Iris and Hunter, and says to come fight him within 24 hours or he tortures them. Barry goes up against Cold in a fateful battle, and Cold ends up tripping and falls off a roof. Flash proves himself to Superman and he and Arrow become roommates. In a post credits scene, the police show up at Barry’s door and Arrest him. This would be released in 2014.
